Squaring up a workpiece in the Milltronics cnc. Here’s I’m learning how to quickly use the machine for short fast ops like this, as if I want to take a piece of stock and mill it to a specific length, or clean up the sides. I’m running our new Titan USA 3/4” carbide endmill at a speed of 500 ipm and a feed at 78 ipm with a cut width of .025”, .015” and .010”. The workpiece thickness is 1.750” x 2” wide. Being so use to manual machining, this is flying! 🫣 Fun stuff to learn and see happen! #abom
